American Modern Insurance group works directly with retail agencies to set up policy download, or an electronic transfer of policy information from modernLINK and/or AMsuite into your internal agency management system (AMS). Details printed on the declarations page are transferred automatically from American Modern to your management system for new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements.
American Modern products supported by the download - Dwelling, Specialty Homeowners, Manufactured Home, Condo, Boat/Watercraft, Motorcycle/Motorsports, Collector Vehicle
Management systems supported - Policy data can be downloaded, through IVANS, into systems from vendors such as AMS, Agency Advantage, Agency Systems, Applied, DORIS, EBIX, Hawksoft, Instar, Nexsure, and SIS. If your agency management system is compatible with ACORD's AL3 standard, it's likely we can interact with it through IVANS.
