Aegis General Portal Manufactured Homeowners

The Aegis General Portal now connects Concorde agents to the Aegis Manufactured Home product!  This program is a fit for many accounts, including lower-value homes, homes with lapses up to 60 days, and homes in rural areas.

What differentiates Aegis?

• Age of Home – 1960 or newer
• Protection Class – All are acceptable
• Occupancies – Owner, Seasonal, Rental & Tenant
• Replacement Cost – Available on newer homes
• Location – In a park or on privately owned land
• Rental – Multiple units may be scheduled on a single policy
• Value – Up to $250,000 TIV, $150,000 Coverage A
• Travel Trailer – Acceptable if used as a seasonal home and permanently sited
