This new market is specially Competitive in ND & SD, and available in Additional States (Not Available in IA).  We can write property at Replacement Cost as long as they are updated, offer no % deductibles for Wind/Hail (except for a 1% in MN), and apply no wildfire scoring.

Target Accounts:

  • Package Accounts with GL + $1,500,000 - $5,000,000 TIV
  • Premium Tends to be $7,500+
  • Most Accounts We Write are $10,000 - $25,000 in Premium
  • Most Occupancies Accepted (NOT Eligible - Student, Senior or Subsidized)
  • Converted Buildings / Buildings on Historic Registry Eligible

  • 3 Year Loss Experience - No One Claim Over $100,000, No More Than $250,000 in Total Losses

If Church Mutual, Guide One or Insurance Board are Willing to Renew, We Are Likely Out! However, We Can Quote Accounts Non-Renewed Due to Claims!
