Where I'm From:
I'm proud to call the Midwest home and have spend most of my adult life in Minnesota. The values I've learned here - hard work, humility and community - continue to guide how I lead and serve everyday.
My Education and Industry Experience:
Although I began studying Child Psychology, I discovered my true calling in insurance—a profession that connects people, protection and purpose. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve served as an agent, underwriter and customer, gaining perspective from every side of the business.
I joined Concorde in 2006 as a Senior Underwriter and now serve as Director of Sales & Underwriting for our Personal Lines, Commercial Direct Bill and Farm divisions. As part of Concorde’s Leadership Team, I’m grateful to collaborate with talented colleagues to support agents, strengthen carrier relationships and drive profitable growth.
I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of others—helping our team and agency partners build confidence and understanding so they can educate and empower customers to make informed choices.
Beyond Work:
I enjoy creative projects with my family. Together we have renovated 6 homes - each one a reminder that vision, teamwork and adaptability can turn challenges into something we're proud to have built together. I enjoy creative projects with my family. I also understand how "we'll just make a few cosmetic updates" can quickly morph into a full renovation project!
