Inside Sales Specialist
Concorde General Agency is seeking an energetic, dynamic, competitive individual who is passionate about sales to join our organization as an Inside Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be engaged in 24 month training and development program, which will prepare them to be a superior insurance and sales professional. The focus of the training program will be increasing new account submissions, quotes, bind requests, and overall premium via phone calls and virtual quoting demos. We welcome recent college graduates (2 or 4 year)!
Account Manager | Personal Lines
As the guardian of the post-bind experience, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance and policy retention through reviewing and processing inspections, endorsements and other account files. This role actively underwrites current policies to support Concorde and carriers standards and strives to retain policies through remediation and remarketing.
Policy Services Specialist
As a member of the Operations team, the Policy Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating policies Process applications for, changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of policies. Duties include reviewing insurance applications to ensure that all information has been gathered and questions answered, changing policy records to conform to insured party’s specifications, canceling insurance policies as requested by agents and insured and verifying the accuracy of insured company records. Attends to department phone calls and email support.

What We Require
We are looking for reliable individuals who live our Core Values through daily interactions with all Concorde customers. Associates/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management & Insurance, Service/Sales field or other equivalent combination of education, work experience and training. Property and Casualty insurance services/sales experience a plus!

Team members who stand-by a goal and take a results-oriented approach to their job roles and expectations to engage our audience in a personal and friendly way will earn respect and trust as Superstar!
